NEVCO works to address systemic inequalities that hinder the success of women from diverse backgrounds, promoting a culture of respect, understanding, and belonging. Through Our mentorship programs women are paired from diverse backgrounds, enabling knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving. Through language access and support groups we are creating opportunities for women to thrive and achieve their full potential.
We also focus on leadership development by offering leadership training workshops specifically for women from marginalized communities, empowering them to take on leadership roles within the organization and their communities. Due to NEVCOs commitment to representation from diverse groups of women, we actively recruit and support women leaders from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, fostering a more representative leadership structure.
